Magnalenz offers Induction Melting Furnace for the Melting of Aluminium. The recommended linings for aluminum melting are high alumina, neutral and acidic. It should have excellent resistance to chemical, thermal and mechanical damage, with a lower sintering temp to suit to aluminum & aluminum melting. The moderate churning/stirring is advisable in any case, for low loss of aluminum, while melting in induction furnace.
