Product separation is based on the differential of lifting velocity principle which is dependent on the shape, surface texture and density which affect the aerodynamic behaviour of the product in the Air stream. The heavier part falls in the air stream and discharged out the discharge density, airlock and spout. On the contrary, the lighter part is carried with the air stream to the settling chamber where most of this product is discharged through the light product discharge spout.
