Air Compressors

Swastik Compressors manufactures reciprocating Air Compressors in double stage, with two cylinders. The first cylinder sucks the natural air and maintains 30 pounds pressure in the intercooler. The second small cylinder after compressing the air delivers it to the receiver tank. Technical specifications: piston displacement – 141 CFM free air delivered/120 CFM working pressure – 100 PSI at 1200 RPM; stroke is 105 mm with LP piston bore 190 mm and HP piston bore 130 mm; and dimensions – 770 (L) x 900 (H) 900 mm (W). These compressors can be mounted on tractors such as Hindustan 50, International B275, Ford 3600, Kirloskar and Swaraj and also on trolleys with electric motor of 40 HP and/or engine P6. User areas include water well drilling, construction, quarries and mining. A six-blade fan (aluminium) is directly mounted on the crankshaft, cooling the intercooler cylinders and heads. With the oil bath air cleaner, the entry of field dust into the cylinder and valve is eliminated. The soot valve is fitted on the LP cylinder and the valve plate and spring plates are protected against the frequent high pressure strokes at the time of unloading. The CR bearings get clean oil due to an oil filter fitted in this compressor and that is why this compressor has longer life. Ball bearing is fitted on the flywheel side, which keeps the load of the belts on ball bearings itself and a result the crankshaft is not affected at all. Overhauling and maintenance cost of this compressor is very nominal in comparisons to the other compressors. Spare parts are readily available. The company also manufactures booster compressor and crawler mount drill machine for under ground mines; and undertakes contract for drilling in underground mines.
