It ensures protection of delicate components and devices from mechanical and thermal stress induced during manufacturing. Chip bonding adhesives (CBATM) ensure consistent device placement on the printed circuit board for modern high-speed assembly process. Features: flexible application with choice of syringe dispensing, pin transfer or stencil printing; easy processing with high speed dispensing and low temperature curing; prevents component shifting with excellent green strength and consistent high dot profile; reduces chip stress and loss with excellent cured strength and flexibility; and high board yield with low moisture absorption and low internal voiding.
