Maftech Filteration Industries offers Activated Carbon Air Filter. It plays a vital role in the process & chemical industries, research centres, toxicology centre, hospital, sewage exhaust gas. Activated carbon and chemical filter can remove odour, chemical / toxic gas and smoke and fumes up to 99. 9%. Cassette type and cylindrical type filters are available. Dimension of the filters will vary depend upon application and quantum of air to be handled.
Carbon filter is a passive product. It does not work unless air passes through. Therefore suitable fan / blower with electrical motor to be provided in a housing / shell. The sizing of the module depend upon the air volume to be handled. Proper pre filters are selected along with the carbon and chemical filters to meet the site condition and customer’s requirement. Otherwise carbon and chemical medium will get saturate in short period.
