New Tech Engineering Systems manufactures acoustical enclosure for pneumatic machines. These enclosures are particularly used to suppress noise pollution from machinery. There is legal condition that employers must protect their employees from continuous high noise levels above 85dB (A). These acoustic enclosures are fabricated after obtaining the measurements from the clients. These acoustical enclosures are dismantling type so as to enable the shifting process and can be readily installed. Some of the materials used in the construction are:
- For Outer walls: Mild steel sheeting
- For Inner lining: Rock wool covered with perforated metal to foams and composites (as per the need and requirement)
