• Component to be cleaned are loaded on fixture manually/auto transfer on actuation on switch, work basket moves insides the chamber and front door closes.
• Component indexes at jet washing station with oscillating header for internal component cleaning.
• Component indexes at air blow station for drying and after completion of washing cycle; separate washing and drying zone.
• Component/nozzle box oscillation during washing and drying. For filtration, washing machine is provided with bag/cartridge filter, compact paper band, and wedge wire drum filter.
