- Machine operated on principle of positive displacement of screw operating under constant powder head.
- Microdoser machines consists of 3 components namely: auger filler machine, storage hopper, powder feeding mechanism/screw feeder.
- Almost constant powder level is maintained in the auger filler hopper through the level controller which actuates the feeder to replenish the powder in the dozing hopper from the storage hopper when it goes down from pre-defined level.
- Thus helps to achieve the higher accuracy. Product is used for filling small quantity of powders as small as 1gms. Combination of powder feeding and filling system; accuracy of +/- 1%; filling speed 1500 pouches/hour.
- Pack size starting from 1gms to 50gms; capacitive level controller; auger metric control of dozed quantity; capacity to handle wide range of products and pack sizes.
- Contact parts made from SS 304/SS 316; easy changeover of product and pack sizes; compatible for on-line bottle feeding system; servo motor controlled unit are available.
