- This methyl methacrylate adhesives are commonly used as structural adhesives due to their excellent strength, impact resistance, thermal shock, fatigue resistance and peal strength.
- This Partite 7425 is two component 100 % reactive, toughened structural methacrylate adhesive. It is specially formulated for bonding wide variety of metals, thermoplastics, thermosets and composite assemblies.
- Its features include: it is a combination of 10:1 mix ratio with non saging and thixotropic formulation.
- It has excellent impact, peel and shear resistance.
- No surface preparation required and it is having excellent durability. Working time 30 to 35 minutes and achieves 80% ultimate strength in 80 to 90 minutes.
- Its applications: it is ideal for all types PVC, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, fiberglass, PBT, PPO, ABS, FRT, Polyurethane Epoxy, wood, RIM, Nylon, FRP, polyesters, gelcoats, styrene, stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanised steel etc.
