Moris Industries offers a Kerb Laying Machine. The kerb machine is a very versatile compact kerb casting machine working on extrusion principle and is driven by the force developed due to ramming action. The machine is designed for laying kerbs of dimension 450 x 450 mm even with zero slump concrete. Mounted on pneumatic wheels and it comes loaded with low noise low maintenance 16 HP petrol engine (Briggs & Stratton, UK or equivalent) having electronic ignition, quick change mould profile facility, automatic sensor for steering and height controls that follow the reference line. Quick change mould profile facility ensures fast and easy replacements giving up time of 30 minutes. These kerb casting machines are capable of providing a single pass operation with excellent operating speed of 100 mtr/hr. This is a compact machine for laying concrete curb of different dimensions, through extrusion process. An automatic sensor device provides steering and height control. The use of a zero slump concrete ensures shape that mould design. The concrete can be fed into the machine from a concrete transit mixer or a flat bed truck (tractor trolley) by shovelling process.
