Actuators And Reduction Gearbox
Gears and Gear Drives (India) Pvt Ltd offers actuators and reduction gearbox to lift antenna.
- These providing lifting technology products and positioning solutions for clients. It designed and manufactured customized special actuators to lift the antenna suits to customer’s applications.
- These actuators lift the antenna from horizontal position to vertical position. As shown in fig 1 and fig 2. Worm drive is used for reduction. The reduction gearbox is used to rotate the antenna for 0 degree position to 90 degree position.
- The multi-reduction gearbox contains spur gears and worm gears. There are proximity sensors in both actuators and reduction gear box to control the lift in the position.
- Its linear actuators features include: Operating temperature of the actuators is -20 to +55 degree celsius; Actuators are IP 65 qualified; these are self-locking actuators; tolerance allowed in the stroke is ±0.5mm.
- Its reduction gearbox features include: Operating temperature is -20 to +55 degree Celsius; IP 65 qualified; angle elevation tolerance is 0.5 degree; Total time for deployment of 90 degree rotatio is 10 seconds with a tolerance of 2 seconds; IP 65 qualified; self-locking geared motor.
