Wet granulator

Alpha Process Engineers offers Alpen wet granulator. This is a high intensity mixer, producing a granular, wet mass, ready for drying, sieving and tableting. The unit is specially designed and manufactured to meet the exacting standards of good manufacturing practice so essential in the pharmaceutical and food industries that are quality and hygiene conscious. The unit can also be extensively used for homogenous and intimate blending of formulations for direct compression. Batch cycle times are short, usually in the region of 15-30 minutes, during which period intimate mixing of dry powers with incorporations of colours and trace ingredients, followed by addition of binder solution, are optimally achieved. Specially designed impeller and breaker blades create the desired dispersion and granulation. These are offered in working capacity of 50 litres to 1000 litres.
