Alpha Process Engineers has introduced Alpen Turbo Rotary Dryers, a result of carefully researched drying technology. As the name suggests, operating in a batch mode, this dryer reduces the drying time significantly (about 15%) over comparative Venuleth drying method. Alpen turbo-dryer utilises vacuum drying effectively, while also utilising fluidising technique to expose the wet particulates’ surface to quicken evaporation of moisture. Complete drying system can be offered, including solvent recovery. The company, established in 1984, is mainly engaged in process engineering technology and its product range stands testimony to this fact. It does not lay stress on offering only standardised products, but also builds customised features into it, rarely attempted by others, and hence meeting the clients’ needs more meaningfully. All design activities are computer-based, using CAD and other latest software packages to develop the relevant designs/drawings.
