Nawa Engineers offers Primary Jaw Crushers. It is single-toggle type. It is used for rigorous primary crushing of hard rocks and mineral ores. It is ruggedly built to the highest quality standards and to tough duty conditions, and compact in size and contribute to a great saving in construction costs of primary crushing stations. Its geometry and crushing dynamics are skilfully designed. It has minimum horizontal forces, ability to bite bigger boulders, a large nip angle and high crushing ratio - making the crusher most economical primary jaw crusher-more tonnes per kW of power. Its main parts, the eccentric main shaft of forged alloy steel with four self-aligning double-row roller bearings, the robustly built main frame completely stress relieved, heavy cast-steel flywheels for enhanced machine stability, high manganese cast steel jaw plates-machined, fully reversible, firmly secured and profiled for a firm grip of the material, make the crusher a truly world-class equipment. Four models: PST7550 (30 x 20), PST9060 (36 x24), PST1108 (44 x 32) and PST1209 (48 x36) are available for crushing capacities from 50-450 tonnes per hour.
