Machine To Crush Coal Into Small Pieces

Marvel offers a low cost, maintenance-free machine to crush coal into small pieces. It was basically designed for crushing coal in brick industry. The machine is simple to use and maintain. It consists of a rotating crushing hammer. There is a rest plate and grading screen which can be adjusted to achieve various sizes of crushed aggregates. The machine comes completely assembled with feed hopper, down feed chute, electric motor and starter and frame mounted on wheels. It can be easily moved around even in rough surroundings. This machine can be used for breaking similar aggregates like plastic, chemical compounds and precipitates, agricultural products like cotton seeds, and coconut pods. The machine can crush 5 tonnes of coal per day. The machine weighs around 150 kg and is powered by a 3-HP 3-Phase motor. Marvel can develop any specific feed arrangements and crushing blades for any special application as required by the customers.
