Inline Lump Crusher

Finex Sieves Private Limited offers an Inline Lump Crusher. It comprises of single and twin rotating shafts with triangular jaws at varying degrees rotating inward at low speeds in a fixed slotted heavy breaker plate maintaining a gap of less than 5 mm between rotating jaws and fixed breaker plate. Lumps of maximum 300 mm dia are fed in the centre where crushing takes place, all material crushed can vary as setting is done to 3 mm to less than 10 mm. Inline crushers can be fitted with centre in feed and bottom centre discharge, and can crush loads from 100 kg/hr to 60,000 kg/hr. The equipment is supplied with motors and pulleys to vary speed, and is offered in mild steel and stainless steel grade for foods, chemicals and minerals, hardness up to 3 on MOH scale.
