Finex Sieves Private Limited offers a range of state-of-the-art GMP Sifters, These are sieving machines – rotating screw paddle feeder sifters for low density non abrasive powders specially for screening powders from 100 mesh to 300 mesh. The material is fed in to a screw feeder with flat paddles, which rotate at a speed from 600 to 1200 RPM. The powder is thrown outwards by centrifugal motion to a stationary screen basket. Often on the rotating flat paddle brushes or flat wipers of PVC or Teflon are fitted, which scrape along the screen area keeping the screen clean from blinding. GMP sifters have screening baskets of various sizes from 400 mm to 1200 mm long. Applications are for screening powders from 60 mesh to 300 mesh. These sifters can handle powders from 100 kg/hr to 1000 kg/hr, for non abrasive chemicals, foods, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, plastics, wood, flour, etc. The sifters are fabricated in stainless steel 316 and 304 only.
