Concrete Sawing Machine

Maksun India, offers a concrete sawing machine, a break through in cutting concrete. These machines are portable mobile machines powered either by electric motor or diesel engines, driving through belt drive a totally enclosed spindle assembly on which is mounted a segmental diamond saw of 300-750 mm dia. The full machine has to be pushed for cutting the concrete/asphalt floor. A self-propelled drive is also available. For straight line cutting, an extension arm with wheel and a pointer is provided in the front, the pointer being useful for aligning the marking made on the floor. Near the rear wheel is a guide plate, which falls into the groove cut, thus ensuring a straight line cut. At the operating end, a control panel is provided with various controls like: valve for coolant inlet in the diamond wheel, wheel depth indicator ammeter with indicator lamp (electric motor), On/Off push button (electric motor) and necessary controls for the diesel drive and self propulsion.
