Aquarius Engineers offers Concrete Line Pumps, 1400 Series. The core pump design comprises of the following: a) S valve technology for trouble free high rise and long distance pumping – the high-tech sealing technology of S valve also allows effective reverse pumping and pipeline cleaning with the help of water; b) Concrete cylinder – largest concrete cylinder (?200 x 1400 mm L) in 45 m3/hr class, ensures less wear and tear, and helps in easy pumping of concrete with larger aggregates; c) Wear parts – highly wear resistant and furbishable wear parts; and d) Delivery piston – seal type delivery piston design reduces the replacement cost. Other features include: centralised oil lubrication system for selected points and also easy access manual grease lubrication system to all points; powerful agitator – two heavy-duty hydraulic motors provided on the hopper for the efficient agitation of concrete inside the hopper; easy clean hopper design along with large manhole at bottom and the flap straight for easy and fast cleaning of the hopper and pipeline; compact and heavy-duty hydraulic fittings (37? flare type with both side 'O' ring seal) for leakage free working of hydraulic system for many years; leaf spring suspension for the demanding Indian road conditions; instrumentation – user friendly controls and provision of audio visual alarms for online guide; variable output regulator – very useful to cope up with demand and supply conditions of the concrete; and pump regulator – protects the hydraulic system from overheating and engine from overloading. The regulator also helps in output regulation and improved fuel efficiency of the machine.
