- The extraction of solid material is performed through a spiral system without any clogging of filtering shovels usually adopted in sand washing plants.
- Total maximum wear resistance granted due to low rotating speeds.
- Allow easy placement inside existing concrete plants due to possibly of variable position layouts.
- Highly efficient production capacity of 10m3/hr.
- Position the transit mixer.
- Open clean water valve for diluting leftover concrete inside the transit mixer
- Press START button on the control panel.
- Discharge diluted concrete in feed hopper.
- Press STOP button when all concrete is discharged and mixer is clean & empty.
- The plant keeps working automatically until all solids are extracted.
