Concrete Batching Plants

Aquarius offers Mobile, Super Mobile & Stationary Concrete Batching Plants from 25 m³/hr up to 240 m³//hr. This is state-of-art, four-level control system with sophisticated PLC and has included Gen-Next program logics. Cement/fly-ash screw conveyors, silos, admixture dosing systems, aggregate & cement handling systems, ice dosing systems and other allied equipment are also offered. Planetary and twin shaft mixers are available in option. Special foldable design contractor mobile plant is also available that allow quick installation/ dismantling, reduction in transport cost and no requirement of civil foundations. Moreover, reduced loading height of the aggregate bins enables reduction in the civil ramp construction costs. Branded Laptop is provided with the plant for ease of operations. Concrete wash, a concrete recycling system, is also designed to reclaim slurry water and aggregates for re-use in concrete production.
