Engineered for easy maintenance featuring self-contained and floor mounted needs no foundation or grouting, the mixing chamber tilts at 140 degree angle for fast and easy discharge and loading of compound and easy cleaning for batch to batch consistency. Features: single piece alloy steel cast rigid and robust main mixing chamber; end frame, pressure lid, hardened lips and hard chrome plated for longer working life; alloy steel mixing rotor, hard deposits through special grade material and hard chrome plated; the contour and geometry of rotor edges specially designed and proved for optimum mixing performance, output and results; most effective, positive, self-lubricating seals (dust stop) designed to minimise oxidisation of chemical and dust; lower operational cost with higher productivity and lower energy consumption; specially designed cooling coils and widened jacket for most efficient cooling effect; helps produce thermally sensitive compounds; specially designed heavy-duty reliable multistage helical gearbox unit for lower power consumption; easy to use standard controls – easy to use simplified panel controls with all basic functions; and safety interlock to protect operator and equipment.
