Vinyl (PVC) Soft Caps

Vinyl (PVC) soft caps from Versatile Industries are available in various shapes, sizes and colours, in flexible quantities. These are made in dip-moulding process in high and low temperature grades with excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties. PVC product advantages: PVC products are custom made to the market application ranging from fire retardant specifications and anti fungal grades. PVC caps are flexible material and these provide a much better seal. PVC withstands high temperatures and can often be used as an alternative to more expensive rubber caps in paint masking applications. For threaded applications PVC caps and plugs will not shred and leave residue in the very part that they are trying to protect from dust (or) other contaminants. Battery terminal caps (BTC) – advantages: BTC acts as shield for terminal against damage and protecting battery from accidental discharge, where in PVC BTC compromises.
