Vinyl Soft Caps are made of flexible material and provide a much better seal. PVC withstands high temperatures and can often be used as an alternative to more expensive rubber caps in paint masking applications. For threaded applications PVC caps and plugs will not shred and leave residue in the very part that they are trying to protect from dust or other contaminants. They can be produced in very short lead times, as concept derivation as prototyping is very in expensive and quick in dip moulding process. These PVC products are available for applications ranging from fire retardant specifications and even anti fungal grades.
