PU Linings

Western PU Corporation offers PU Linings. These linings are applied on different metals with high bonding strength. Typical applications of PU lining components is vibro finishing bowls, barrels and drum, centrifugal finishing machine liners, ball mills, sewage, handling pipe linings and chute liners, etc. A wide range of polyurethane material from 30 Shore A to 85 Shore D hardness are handled to cast component up to 200 kg with size of 1.5 x 1.5 x 4 m. Special formulations are cast as per requirements. Polyurethane elastomers are high-performance materials with exceptional properties, making them useful in an increasingly wide range of applications. They are impressively versatile, varying from light and flexible, as soft as skin, to strong and rigid, as hard as bone with an infinite variety between. Tough, resilient materials, they can outperform steels and rubbers for abrasion resistance and can be moulded to any shape. A range of cast polyurethane products are available.
