Western PU Corporation offers Cast Polyurethane Products. A wide range of polyurethane material from 30 Shore A to 85 Shore D hardness is used to cast component up to 200 kg with size of 1.5 x 1.5 x 4 m. Special formulations is cast as per requirements. Polyurethane elastomers are high-performance materials with exceptional properties, making them useful in an increasingly wide range of applications. They are impressively versatile, varying from light and flexible, as soft as skin, to strong and rigid, as hard as bone with an infinite variety between. Tough, resilient materials, they can outperform steels and rubbers for abrasion resistance and can be moulded to any shape. Semi finished materials like PU rods, sheets, tubes, bushes, etc are also offered. These have applications like PU spring, striper bush, press pad, metal form pad, wear and cutting pad.
