Vee Bee Industries offers PTFE Components. Accurate sizes required and high performance quality, so as to enhance product life and give its optimum performance are available. Various components in virgin PTFE and PTFE with filler varieties, i.e., glass filled, carbon-filled, graphite-filled, bronze-filled, etc., for various critical applications are available. Dies are also designed for custom requirements as follows: square rings/ flat washers, piston rings, compressor components; ball valve seat rings, plug valve seat, crescent rings, spindle rings; gaskets, envelopes, circles, spacers. triclover gaskets, back-up rings, T-bushings; Seal - mechanical, ring types - "O", "V", boiler, cup, chevron, etc., screws and bolts for lining jobs; all other tailor-made components as per drawings and sizes. These products are moulded and fabricated to international standards having the following characteristics: chemical inertness; non-toxic; non-flammable; self lubricating; excellent weathering resistance; exhibits lowest value of static and dynamic friction; negligible water absorption; outstanding electrical properties over a wide frequency range; and operating temperature range - -270° to 260°C.
