PTFE Sheets
Vee Bee Industries offers PTFE Sheets. These are available in roll form from 0.1to 3 mm thickness, in continuous lengths in a width of 300, 450 and 600 mm. Blocks and strips in various sizes are also available. The sheets are also available in block form, from thickness 1.5 to 50 mm in the following dimensions, i.e., 300 x 300, 600 x 600 and 1000 x 1000 mm. Bushing from 3 to 500 mm ID and 10 to 750 mm OD in required length up to 500 mm in all varieties are also available. The products are moulded and fabricated to international standards having the following characteristics: chemical inertness; non-toxic; non-flammable; self lubricating; excellent weathering resistance; exhibits lowest value of static and dynamic friction; negligible water absorption; outstanding electrical properties over a wide frequency range; and operating temperature range - -270° to 260°C.
