New Fluocarbon Polyester Coating Aluminum Alloy ventilators offer many benefits
Wind turbine ventilators need no introduction today. The many benefits of the increasingly ubiquitous mushrooming of this wonderful, eco-friendly device on factory rooftops, are well known, the very reason for their growing popularity. However, a careful consideration of the type of ventilator chosen for installation can further multiply the benefits.

The present range of stainless steel ventilators available in India could be said to be in a range of quality from good to bad. Under normal circumstances, the performance of anti-corrosion of higher-quality 304/ 2B stainless steel is well enough, compared with stainless steel of other materials. However, confronted with some badly corrosive and terrible air atmosphere, such as shore workshops, acid washing workshops and so on, the stainless steel ventilator is unable to meet the requirement of high anti-corrosion. If we adopt higher-quality stainless steel with nickel as raw materials of ventilator, its high price will make the customers reluctant to buy it. And the current common aluminum alloy ventilator has short service life due to the lack of anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties.
EcoCool has been leading in the improvement of performance and service life of ventilators. The newly developed EcoCool fluorine carbon polyester coating aluminum alloy ventilator offsets some shortcomings of common stainless steel and aluminum alloy ventilators, making it possible to use
turbine ventilators in special industry and circumstances. This new type of ventilator, i.e., the Flurocarbon Polyester Coating Aluminum Alloy Ventilator, takes 3005# aluminum alloy as base material, with it's surface is treated with anti-oxygenised film, on which sprays 20 ?m fluorine carbon polyester coating.
At present, of all materials, fluorine carbon polyester coating aluminum alloy is no doubt the lightest in weight. The turbine heads made from fluorine carbon polyester coating aluminum alloy are much lighter than those made of other materials, thus the pressure on the bearing of the ventilator is smaller and revolving sensitivity of axial bearing is naturally higher than that of stainless steel ventilators.
Superior anti-corrosion, weather resistance, wearability, long service life, light weight and high sensitivity, venting efficiency is superior to similar ventilators made of other materials. Fluorine carbon polyester coating aluminum alloy turbine ventilator is the ideal choice for any building.
Flurocarbon coat series are made of different types of flurocarbon resins of excellent weather resistance and pigments, additives of high stability. Flurocarbon resin bears the characters of high chemical stability, weather resistance, heat resistance, anti-polluting, which are easy to understand with reference to the molecular structure.
1. Greater Fluorine Co-ordination Atom: Fluorine atom is about four times the hydrogen atom, so it has a higher resistance to chemical corrosion.
2. Strong Chemical Bond between Fluorin and Carbon: Molecular bond energy of F-C bond is far larger than ultraviolet radiation; thus, ultraviolet radiation can't break the F-C bond.
3. Smaller Open Spiral Structure: Every C-C bond is completely surrounded by the thick fluorine atom, which distributes spirally in the three-dimensional direction. The molecular structure of each fluorocarbon resin contains 3 fluorine atoms, while the molecular structure of traditional vinylidene fluoride contains two fluorine atoms, so, the coating made of fluorocarbon resin possesses the properties of anti-ultraviolet, heat resistance, physical shock resistance. And because this kind of molecular structure has the minimum oxygen permeability, it can saturate the corrosion of coated substrate caused by oxidation.
Fluorocarbon resin coatings bear the properties of anti-weathering aging, resistance against impact of hot and cold, resistance of mechanical scratch, self surface-lubricating, coating adhesion after solidification and excellent chemical resistance, all which ensure the 15 years long-lasting surface protection. The newly developed turbine ventilator thus has greatly improved the corrosion-resistant performance.

Water-resistant Double-curved Blade Design
Wave-shaped blade is designed on the principle of fluid dynamics, which increase the contact area between blades and wind. Even under breeze, ventilator can have greater revolving power so as to keep the wind from all directions blowing backward into the air channel. Meanwhile, revolving speed of turbine head can be increased by wind in all directions, playing an important role in water proofing, snow proofing and air venting. Due to the wave-shaped design, the mechanical strength of ventilator can be increased, and capacity to bear pressure reaches the best of all the similar products.
Central Axis
A double layer C45 galvanised steel central axis, Japanese NSK axial bearing, sealed, self-lubricating type. Lubrication-free, wearable, 45 steel principal axis, strong decay resistance, enclosed by flame-retardant plastic nylon, high-intensity, anti-aging, anti-corrosion.
Bearing
The roof ventilator adopts flame-retardant nylon engineering plastics as support. It is light in weight, has metal strength, plastic tenacity as well as strong recovering performance.
