Redefining performance of low-payload robots

The KR Cybertech nano series offers incomparable performance and power density in the payload category from 6 to 10 kg. With robot types perfectly tailored to individual customer requirements for handling and continuous-path applications covering a wide range of generic tasks, the KR Cybertech nano series is setting a new standard that will make the difference.

Precision. Reinvented – The new robots in the low payload category are characterised by their utmost precision. With their repeatability of approx. 0.04 mm, the robots can exploit their strengths to the full, even at high speed.

Compactness. Reinvented – They are extremely compact, extremely light and incredibly streamlined: KUKA robots of the new KR Cybertech nano series combine maximum performance with minimal disruptive contours. This opens up a wide range of applications in industrial manufacturing.

Workspace. Reinvented – Customers benefit from maximum freedom in production: the robots masterfully tap workspaces that were previously inaccessible. They can cover long distances, with a large workspace to the rear and a long downward reach. Combining this with their compactness and minimal disruptive contours, robots of the KR Cybertech nano series are able to work in all areas that were previously inaccessible to conventional robots.

Flexibility. Reinvented – From confined spaces to large distances – installed on the floor, wall or ceiling, or at any other angle – the KR Cybertech nano robots can master a wide range of different requirement profiles in any desired installation position.

Service. Reinvented – The KUKA quality is tangible in every detail: KUKA 24-hour hotline support from technical experts, 365 days a year; state-of-the-art remote diagnostic tool; comprehensive global service network; guaranteed provision of standard spare parts, with service assignment commencing within a maximum of 2 hours; and support from implementation to production support services and training courses.

The new KR Cybertech nano series offers users maximum versatility for greater economical flexibility. The fine payload intervals of 6, 8 and 10 kg and the nine perfectly coordinated robot types mean that one can select precisely the robot that is actually needed. Customers thus benefit from maximum performance with minimum investment and energy costs.
