The range of valves offered are Ball Valves, Forged Steel Gate, Globe & Lift Check Valves, Cast Steel Gate Valves, Cast Steel Globe Valve, Cast Steel Swing Check Valve and Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves.

Ball Valve

Two body PTFE seals, one on the diameter & other on face to ensure tight sealing at the joints. To withstand high temperatures, “O” ring on the bore is provided. Three point sealing to take care of atmospheric leakage and an “O” ring seal with ground diameter for tight stem sealing which also improves effectiveness of stem gasket. Lock spacer prevents the movement of stem nut during operation and maintains leak proof through out the life cycle of the valve.

Spring loaded steel balls are provided on stem and ball gives continuity, thereby reducing the possibility of static electricity that builds up during operation as ball can get rub continuously on seat. This can be potential fire hazard, when it is an explosive media, it could be a disaster. The design gives stem entry from inside while doing assembly, which gives effective sealing just starting at the stem and at the same time collar prevents blow out of stem due to cavity pressure. For 2PC API Flanged valves the design secondary metal-to-metal seat is provided, when the soft seat is burnt out or damaged during fire. Ball is forced against the metal leap proved and hence forms a metal-to-metal seat.

Valve up to size 6” class 150/4” class 300 can be supplied with handles for manual operation. Pad locking arrangement is provided as an option to prevent unauthorised operation. Valves from size 8” class 150 and 6” class 300 are available with gear operators for manual operation.

All valves can be supplied with pneumatic actuator or electrical actuator with suitable bracket and couplings and accessories for complete automation options such as fall open/close and positioned controlled. Valve can be mounted with manual overrides.

Forged steel gate, globe and lift check valves

Wedge/Plug/Disc and seat ring will be overlaid with stellite 6 on request. Flanged ended forged steel valves will be available with WELDON/SLIPON/FLANGES. These valves has welded bonnet for construction.

Cast steel gate valve

The gate valve will have OS and Y construction rising stem and bolted bonnet. These are also provided with pressure scaled bonnet, seal welded seat rings, flexible type wedges, mandatory stellite seats and 100 per cent radiographed castings.

Cast steel globe valve

The globe valve will have OS and Y construction rising stem and hand wheel, bolted Bonnet, pressure scaled bonnet, threaded seat rings, seal welded seat rings, mandatory stellite seats and 100 per cent radiographed castings.

Cast steel swing check valve

These valves are provided with bolted cover, pressure sealed cover, seal welded seat rings, mandatory stellite seats and disc and 100 per cent mandatory radiographic castings.

Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves 2Ps Bolted Series

The valve’s live loaded stem design meet stringent fugitive norms. The series have improved seat for long life and bubbled tight shut off, single piston seat effect, choice of seat material. Their fire safe and antistatic design confirms to API 607 and API 6FA whereas design standard are 6D and ANSI B16.34. These are also provided with features like emergency sealant injection, stem extension, double piston seat effect, compliance to Nace MR0175 for sour gas service, transition pups for valves with welding ends, vent and alarm valve.
