Established 50 years back in 1966 in Kolkata as Elequip & Tools Corporation by Mr N K Sureka, the company has been dedicated to serving the needs of the material handling industry with quality products and services.

The company commenced with distributorship of Batliboi, which later came to be known as Hercules Hoists Limited under the leadership of Mr Shekhar Bajaj (Bajaj Group). Its renowned brand INDEF has been the company’s flagship product ever since. With over a decade record of being the No. 1 distributor nationally, Elequip has expanded not just markets but also products. Now with a range of other high quality brands from Italy, Germany and India, the company covers a wide range of products in material handling industry giving customers all-under-one-roof experience.

Elequip’s success over the last 5 decades is a combined effort of each member of its team who are committed to serve customers to the best of their ability.
