The customer is leading manufacturer and exporter of perfumes and perfumery products based in Mumbai. The company had undertaken renovation of a section of their office building. The said building is within the premises of the manufacturing plan. Typically a perfumery industry uses various highly flammable organic and inorganic chemicals. The ground of the said building houses laboratories and storage facilities the first floor of the building was to be renovated for office use. Looking at the hazardous materials involved the local authority recommended to provide Passive Fire Retardant Treatment to all the easily combustible material being used in creation of new office areas.

Anantco provided Passive Fire Retardant Treatment to all the wooden substrates being used in creation of the new office space. This will allow the fire resistance of at least 30 minutes. This can be use as an evacuation period in case of fire accident and to take corrective steps.
