REVA has complete GEAR SHOP with wide range of Hobbing machines, Gear Shapers, Gear Profile Grinders, Cylindrical Grinders, Internal Grinders, CNC Horizontal Boring machines, CNC turning centers including in house Heat Treatment facility.

The design facilities include Kisssoft gear designing software from Sweden; Staad.Pro structural design software; E-plan electrical circuit design software; Mathcad engineering calculations software; Autocad drafting software; Pro engineer solid modeler; Pro mechanical for finite element analysis;  and CMTI gear verification.
