Concord Control Systems Limited has announced that its associate company, Progota India Private Limited, has received an order worth Rs 2,799 million from Indian Railways for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of on-board KAVACH 4.0 loco equipment.

The domestic order is to be executed within 12 months. The company said the development marks an important milestone in its participation in India’s railway safety and signalling ecosystem.

KAVACH is India’s indigenous automatic train protection system, designed to improve operational safety by helping prevent signal passing at danger and reducing the risk of collisions. The successful execution of KAVACH 4.0 requires precision, technical excellence, and seamless coordination across multiple stages of deployment. Our teams are fully geared to deliver the project within the stipulated timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability. We view this mandate as an opportunity to further strengthen our contribution to India's railway infrastructure and reinforce our position as a trusted partner in the sector's technological advancement.”

The order is another step for Concord Control Systems in strengthening its presence in India’s railway safety and signalling ecosystem. The company said it remains focused on delivering high-quality, technology-led solutions that support the modernisation and safer operation of the country’s rail network.
