Euler Motors has launched a cutting-edge manufacturing and R&D facility in Palwal, Haryana, marking a significant advancement in the electric vehicle sector. The 500,000 sq. ft. plant is designed to produce up to 36,000 electric vehicles annually and represents an investment of Rs 1 billion. This new facility will serve as Euler Motors’ national manufacturing hub, supporting its expansion plans to 40 cities by FY25.

The plant features advanced automation technologies, including an EMS Hanger system for efficient vehicle handling, Trailing Arm Fitment Assist for improved assembly, and a vacuum-based brake oil filling machine to reduce spillage. It also boasts a portable CMM for precise body checks and comprehensive in-house testing facilities, including dyno and shower tests.

In addition to its technological advancements, the facility supports Euler Motors' commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. It incorporates advanced waste management systems, a sewage treatment plant, and a groundwater recharge system. The plant is also dedicated to gender diversity, with 20% of its workforce being women.

Saurav Kumar, Founder & CEO, Euler Motors, emphasised that the new facility exemplifies the ‘Make in India’ initiative and aims to drive local production and innovation. He noted that the plant brings industry-first features to commercial EV manufacturing, aligning with high environmental and social standards.

Euler Motors aims to set new benchmarks in the electric vehicle industry with this facility, advancing its mission for a greener and more sustainable future.
