February 2017 – The elevator specialist Sundara Rajan Shankar has started working for Ziehl-Abegg Middle East. He had gained a lot of experience in international elevator-producing companies. Ziehl-Abegg offers customer-specific solutions for individual requirements in the area of elevator technology.

Shankar found his calling just after his studies in India, where he specialised in electrical and electronics engineering. He worked for international companies in Bahrain, India and Dubai. All the time, the focus of his work was on the elevator and escalator business, recognizing the customer needs, offering the perfectly matched solution and coordinating with the installation team.

“I am delighted that Shankar has joined our team. He brings with him 25 years of Middle Eastern elevator experience, and understands the regional needs of our customers.
