Varroc, a prominent global Tier-1 automotive supplier, has announced the launch of its Aftermarket division’s entry into the two-wheeler VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) battery segment. This strategic expansion aims to meet rising demand for dependable, high-performance battery solutions within India’s two-wheeler market.


Varroc Batteries, built on VRLA technology, offer robust performance, long service life, and user-friendly design for daily commuters. The batteries are entirely maintenance-free and come in various capacities, ranging from 2.5AH to 9AH, ensuring compatibility with all major two-wheeler original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).


To enhance reach and customer convenience, Varroc will utilise its extensive distribution network comprising approximately 730 distributors and 50,000 retailers across the country. The new product line covers a broad spectrum of two-wheelers, including scooters and motorcycles. Supported by a 48-month pro-rata warranty and a paperless warranty system, customers are assured a smooth and hassle-free ownership experience.


India’s automotive aftermarket battery sector represents a significant growth avenue. With the introduction of Varroc Batteries, the company reaffirms its commitment to providing robust, quality-driven solutions tailored to India’s evolving mobility landscape.
