As Managing Director of Rittal India, Ajay is responsible for the overall India operations, business strategy and customer growth.

Ajay is a well recognized professional with more than 25 years industry experience with exemplary skills in Business and Integrated Operations Management, Corporate Strategy Planning as well as Business Development and Customer Relationship Management. He comes to Rittal India from Honeywell Automation India Ltd, where as Country Manager, he was responsible for the profitable growth of Honeywell Process Solutions Business in India.

Rittal has an impressive list of customers ranging from global customers in automation space like Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, Invensys etc. to Indian multi-national companies like Suzlon," said Ajay Bhargava. Ajay started his career as a computer engineer in Pune based Uptron in 1982 where he quickly rose to become the Deputy Manager in 1989. He then joined Honeywell in 1991 and has held senior positions in different Honeywell companies until 2009 when Ajay became the Country Manager in Honeywell Automation India Ltd. Ajay was honored with "Chairman Club Award" in 1994 by Tata Honeywell and also received Tata Honeywell's "Highest Recognition Award" in 1995 as Business Manager for consistent performance and Managing Operations in a highly profitable manner.
