Pune Techtrol Pvt Ltd, a noted manufacturer of level measuring instruments, recently inaugurated their new manufacturing unit located at J-52/7, MIDC, Bhosari, spread over an area of 2500 sq.mtr. The unit has been designed by renowned architect Mr Shridhar Toknekar. Presently, Phase 1 has been competed with a total built up area of 1300 sq.mtr, and Phase 2 will be constructed for future expansion to increase the total built-up area to 2500 sq.mtr. 

Established in 1984, Pune Techtrol has been manufacturing and marketing a range of level measuring and control instruments for liquids and solids, under the ‘Techtrol’ brand.  In the new premises, the company will manufacture level gauges, switches, controllers, transmitters, display instruments and control panels for automation including customised products. To accommodate a growing customer base, the company was on the lookout for additional space for over a year. Now having moved to a spacious location, it has upgraded and expanded the existing facilities and improved their manpower to boost production, to serve the customers better.

Operating from a more spacious working area has already boosted the morale and work ethics of the workforce.  This has also resulted in a positive perception among all customers, who have given a thumbs-up and lauded the set up as an ideal small enterprise. Under the new scheme of things, the new unit will be used for manufacturing external chambers for all field instruments including radar transmitters and high pressure chambers for conductivity level probes. The high pressure chambers will be manufactured under a technical tie up with world renowned manufacturers Fossil Power Systems Inc., Canada.  Besides, the old unit will be the company’s head office housing sales, accounts, training and R&D department.
