Pricol Limited, a leading provider of automotive technology solutions, on July 15, 2025 signed a Technology License Agreement with Domino S.r.l., an Italian pioneer in motorcycle control systems. This strategic alliance aims to introduce advanced two-wheeler handlebar components such as throttles, switches, and allied products across India and Southeast Asia, marking a significant milestone in Pricol’s journey toward innovation-driven growth.

The collaboration leverages Domino’s technical expertise in precision-engineered motorcycle control systems alongside Pricol’s robust manufacturing base and established customer network. By merging cutting-edge European technology with strong local execution, this partnership underscores Pricol’s commitment to becoming a fully integrated technology solutions provider—driving sustainable growth through innovation, operational excellence, and global collaborations. Furthermore, the alliance unlocks synergies for cross-collaboration, including Domino’s strong aftermarket presence in Europe and the United States.
