Two companies have unveiled a luxury electric golf and lifestyle cart range for global markets. These advanced electric vehicles, crafted in Italy, will be manufactured in India and marketed globally under the Tonino Lamborghini brand.
In a groundbreaking partnership, Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Limited and Italy’s Tonino Lamborghini SpA have launched an exclusive range of electric golf and lifestyle carts, marking Kinetic Green’s entry into the bespoke 4-wheeler mobility market. This collaboration signals an ambitious global expansion, as the carts combine Italian design with Kinetic Green’s expertise in electric vehicles.
The unveiling ceremony was attended by Piyush Goyal (Union Minister of Industry and Commerce), Dr Antonio Bartoli (Ambassador of Italy to India), Dr Arun Firodia (Chairman of the Kinetic Group), and Dr Tonino Lamborghini (Founder of Tonino Lamborghini SpA).
The Tonino Lamborghini Golf Cart is an embodiment of Italian elegance and Indian innovation, designed for a luxury lifestyle. These advanced electric vehicles, crafted in Italy, will be manufactured in India and marketed globally under the Tonino Lamborghini brand. The iconic red shield with the famous bull symbol will adorn the carts, reflecting the legacy of the prestigious Italian brand, founded by Dr Tonino Lamborghini more than 45 years ago.
Tonino Lamborghini, known for redefining luxury through bespoke products like furniture, watches, and real estate, now brings its expertise to the golf and lifestyle cart market. Available in 2-seater, 4-seater, 6-seater, and 8-seater configurations, these carts are ideal for golf courses, luxury resorts, private estates, gated communities, airports, corporate campuses, and more.
Global vision and ambitious growth plans
Dr Sulajja Firodia Motwani, Founder and CEO of Kinetic Green, expressed her excitement during the unveiling: "The golf cart market has been waiting for a disruptor, and this partnership marks the beginning of a new era in luxury mobility. With this collaboration, we aim to set a new benchmark in the industry by combining Kinetic Green’s engineering prowess with Tonino Lamborghini’s luxury design vision."

The Tonino Lamborghini Golf Cart offers top-tier performance, with a tailored MacPherson Suspension system for a smooth ride and advanced four-wheel hydraulic brakes for stability. Powered by a 45 Nm torque and 30 per cent gradeability, the carts are designed for effortless navigation. With a whisper-quiet Li-Ion battery, the carts have a range of up to 150 km, and they come with a 5-year warranty for peace of mind.
These carts are equipped with intelligent features, such as a Smart TFT Dashboard, Hill Hold safety, Wireless Mobile Charging, LED headlights, and Smart Storage. They also include a Caddie Stand, Golf Bag Holder, and Foldable Windshield.
The electric golf cart market is valued at $ 5 billion, with North America commanding a 40.3 per cent share. Kinetic Green Tonino Lamborghini Pvt Ltd has an ambitious plan to capture 80 per cent of the global golf cart market within five years. The company plans to expand operations to 30 countries, including India, UAE, the US, and Europe, with a target of $300 million in annual revenue by 2030.
Kinetic Green is one of India’s leading players in the electric vehicle sector, focusing on sustainable solutions to reduce carbon emissions. The company is on a mission to build a robust pan-India EV ecosystem and has recently secured $25 million in Series A funding.
