The new call centre helpline number +91 120 4904949 will work as a single stop window to support customers for after sales queries such as warranty and all other service needs, etc.

On receipt of a customer's call at the call centre, the company updates the customer with a unique system based complaint number. Customer complaints are being tracked against individual complaint number until closure. If for any reason a complaint is not closed in a defined timeline, an automated system based escalation is forwarded to respective levels for intervention and immediate actions.

According to the company, the opening of the call centre supports its continued scaling of operations as it continues to grow in response to strong mechanised cleaning market demand.
