JSW Sarbloh Motors, a subsidiary of JSW Defence Private Limited under the JSW Group, has entered a strategic joint venture with Tomcar USA, a globally recognised manufacturer of high-performance all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), to manufacture the TX range ATVs locally in India.

The partnership represents a major step by the JSW Group in supporting India’s goal to develop indigenous tactical mobility platforms for the Armed Forces, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), State Police units, and industrial sectors requiring robust off-road vehicles.

Under the joint venture, JSW Sarbloh Motors will indigenise, manufacture, assemble, and provide support for the Tomcar TX range at its Chandigarh facility. The first India-assembled TX units are expected to be ready by early 2026, with field trials and demonstrations planned for various defence and paramilitary agencies over the coming months.
