Jindal Stainless (JSL) is establishing a stainless steel park in Odisha, which is anticipated to attract investments totalling Rs 10,000 crore from small-scale industries over the upcoming five years. Moreover, this industrial park, slated to commence operations within the next two years, is poised to generate approximately 20,000 job opportunities.

In December of the previous year, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik ceremoniously laid the foundation stone for this groundbreaking project. Situated on a sprawling 271-acre tract of land in Kalinganagar, this venture represents India's pioneering stainless steel park.

Abhyuday Jindal, Managing Director of JSL, stated, "We are currently in the process of nurturing the ecosystem surrounding the park. Subsequently, we will extend invitations to companies to establish their presence within the park. With the steadfast support of the Odisha government, JSL is making substantial investments to ensure the timely completion of this project, which is expected to be finalised within the next two years."
