InsideFPV and Israeli UAV Dynamix sign MoU to supply 10,000 drones

InsideFPV, an Indian deep-tech drone company revolutionising consumer, agricultural, and defence drones, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with UAV Dynamix, an Israel-based drone company. Under this MoU, InsideFPV will supply an estimated 10,000 drones to UAV Dynamix over the next decade.

The primary objective of this MoU is to leverage the technological expertise of both companies to create innovative drone solutions, driving global expansion. This partnership represents a significant opportunity for the exchange of technologies, including both hardware and software. It will also focus on developing relevant and efficient solutions using innovative technologies from both companies. In recent years, InsideFPV’s drones have gained significant recognition and popularity among Indian defence forces in numerous demonstrations. The goal is to establish a reliable outlook among key foreign defence partners, further amplifying growth. This agreement aligns with InsideFPV’s long-term vision to become a leading global drone manufacturer, pushing the boundaries through innovation, originality, and execution.

InsideFPV recently achieved a milestone by registering a flight time of 141 minutes on a single charge, aiming to break the Guinness World Record. This achievement is the result of extensive research efforts since 2020, including rigorous field testing. Currently, the company holds 3+ design rights and technologies. Another significant milestone is the successful remote control of drones from 7,000 kilometers away (Netherlands, Oman, and Bangalore), highlighting InsideFPV’s phase 1 development for its defence vertical. Additionally, InsideFPV’s research department has achieved significant success in developing extended battery life for drones.

Arth Chowdhary, CEO, InsideFPV, commented on the collaboration, saying, “As a company dedicated to solving problems through extensive R&D, we tackled the issue of flight time, leading to significant improvements. Recognising India’s nascent stage in drone technology, we established drone labs in schools and colleges. Our agreement to supply 10,000 drones underscores our commitment to India’s Make in India initiative and our vision to become a global drone manufacturing hub. We eagerly anticipate further advancements in the drone sector through continued R&D.”

Tal Appelbaum, CEO, UAV Dynamix, emphasised the growing needs of UAVs in modern aviation, saying, “From surveillance to surveying operations, the growing dependence on UAVs is critical to shaping the future of modern aviation. InsideFPV represents India’s technological brilliance. Coupled with UAV Dynamix’s substantial experience in the sector and extensive network of international pilots, drone technology in aerial imagery, surveillance, and surveying will make a significant contribution to the future of this sector.”

The Gujarat-based firm has also launched Drone Labs, a research laboratory offering training and exposure to drones for army schools and students through diverse interactive learning initiatives. The objective is to raise awareness about drones and supplement STEM education through hands-on learning with Drone Arena. This initiative exposes learners to electronics, coding, and robotics through advanced drone platforms, curriculum support, teacher training, and technical assistance. Powered by InsideFPV’s advanced simulator, Drone Labs allow anyone to learn to fly drones in a risk-free environment. The training program offers beginners the opportunity to practice in multiple scenarios, helping them build confidence and muscle memory. This initiative has no eligibility criteria, allowing anyone to undergo training regardless of age, gender, or educational qualification.
