Inox Green secures 182 MW comprehensive O&M deal in wind energy sector

Inox Green signs agreement with a major Indian conglomerate’s renewable arm for 182 MW of wind projects, converting 82 MW to and renewing 100 MW of comprehensive O&M ahead of schedule.

Inox Green Energy Services Ltd, a leading renewable energy operations and maintenance (O&M) service provider in India, has entered into an agreement with one of the largest and most diversified Indian conglomerates for the comprehensive O&M of 182 MW of operational wind projects under its renewable energy arm. Located across multiple sites in Western India, these projects are integrated with common infrastructure owned by Inox Green.
The agreement includes the conversion of limited-scope O&M to comprehensive O&M for 82 MW of wind capacity and the early renewal of comprehensive O&M for a further 100 MW, well ahead of the scheduled date. The contract covers the entire remaining operational life of the projects, underscoring the customer’s confidence in Inox Green’s expertise and track record.
SK Mathu Sudhana, CEO of Inox Green, said the signing of the agreements marks a milestone, bringing the customer’s entire wind fleet back under Inox Green’s management. He noted that the move reflects shifting trends in the wind O&M market and renewed trust in the company’s enhanced capabilities.
Inox Green Energy Services Limited is among India’s major renewable O&M providers, with over 5 GW of renewable assets under management. Part of the INOXGFL Group and a subsidiary of Inox Wind, it offers long-term O&M services for renewable projects, maintaining strong and diversified portfolios with dependable cash flows from long-term contracts. Its clientele includes large independent power producers (IPPs), public sector undertakings (PSUs), and retail customers.
