Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence India Pvt. Ltd. has joined forces with SimYog Technology Pvt. Ltd. to introduce SimYog's advanced EMI/EMC simulation software to customers in India. The collaboration, announced on November 18, 2024, in Bangalore, seeks to address challenges related to compliance failures in electronic and electrical hardware caused by EMI and EMC issues. These problems often result in costly project delays and extended time-to-market, impacting various industries.

SimYog’s flagship product, Compliance-scope (CompScope), is marketed as the world's first ‘Virtual EMI/EMC Laboratory’. This tool enables engineers to predict compliance test outcomes for Radiated Emissions (RE), Conducted Emissions (CE), Radiated Immunity (RI), and Conducted Immunity (CI) early in the design phase. By identifying potential issues before physical prototyping, the software significantly reduces development time and costs associated with last-minute hardware changes.

In addition to CompScope, SimYog’s product suite includes SEM-Scope for integration-level EMI/EMC testing and MAX-Scope, a 3D full-wave EM solver. Together with Hexagon’s support infrastructure, these tools aim to empower engineers with cutting-edge solutions to optimise product performance and compliance.
