Godrej Enterprises’ Process Equipment business has successfully delivered critical high-pressure exchangers to one of the world’s largest blue ammonia production facilities in the Middle East, marking a significant step in its global clean energy strategy.

The delivery includes four high-pressure heat exchangers and one high-pressure separator, weighing nearly 250 metric tonnes, with two exchangers reaching 26 metres in length. Built with low alloy steel metallurgy, these exchangers are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures and pressures, improving energy recovery and operational efficiency.

Hussain Shariyarr, Executive Vice President & Business Head – Process Equipment, stated, “This project is a milestone that showcases our engineering strength and our commitment to the global transition towards cleaner energy sources.”

This achievement strengthens Godrej’s presence in decarbonisation technologies, complementing its previous contributions to the green hydrogen sector with equipment for a commercial-scale plant in the Middle East. The company is also executing orders for blue hydrogen projects in the Americas, further expanding its global clean energy footprint.

Through this project, Godrej reaffirms its position as a trusted partner in delivering complex, high-performance equipment essential for the emerging hydrogen and ammonia economy.
