Our range of innovative solutions includes dock levellers, which are integral to improving the efficiency and safety of loading and unloading operations. We offer Electro-hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical dock levellers, each designed to ensure smooth, fast, and secure transitions between vehicles and loading bays. Meeting EN 1398 standards, our dock levellers are built for demanding environments, featuring a robust MS almond-shaped anti-slip checkered plate with a 12+2 mm thickness for enhanced durability and safety. Available in capacities of 6, 9, and 12 tonnes, these levellers cater to various operational needs.
To cater to diverse loading requirements, we offer a comprehensive range of dock levellers:
a) Radius Lip Dock Levellers: Available in various sizes and capacities, these levellers facilitate easy drive-on and drive-off operations for forklifts and other equipment. Their self-cleaning lip-hinge system prevents the accumulation of dust and dirt, ensuring smooth operations.
b) Telescopic Lip Dock Levellers: Designed for situations where vehicles cannot dock closely, such as sea containers or side-loading railway wagons, these levellers feature an extendable lip that can reach up to 1 meter, providing flexibility in various loading scenarios.
c) Edge-of-Dock Levellers (EOD): Compliant with the latest EN 1398 safety standards, EOD levellers are ideal for facilities without an existing pit, where the height difference between the dock and truck bed is minimal. Particularly suited for environments with consistent truck heights, such as warehouses, distribution centres, and retail facilities, they offer a space-saving solution for efficient loading and unloading.
d) Forklift Roll-Off Barrier Lip Dock Levellers: This newly introduced leveller features a run-off protection mechanism, preventing accidental forklift roll-offs when the overhead door is open and no trailer is present. It combines the benefits of hydraulic dock levellers with added security through a robust barrier.
All our dock levellers can be seamlessly integrated with existing doors and vehicle restraint systems, ensuring optimal performance and security during loading operations.
